We did ours last week through lastminute.com, return flights and two night stay in Seville for £320.00, got the match tickets on Friday, believe there's still tickets available in the West Ham end this morning

Thursday 10 March: The day of the game Depart Stansted 07:00 arriving into Seville 10:55 local time.
On arrival in Seville you can take a taxi to your chosen hotel. The city centre is approximately 8 miles from the airport.
Book your own Hotel, hostel, Airbnb etc. In these uncertain times we strongly suggest you book a refundable option via any of the big search engines. At this time we will not block book hotels and hope to get money back if things change. Hence we ask you to book your own accommodation and book it on a refundable basis in case things change.
You will need to make your own way to the Stadium for the match. Kick off 18:45 local time.
Friday 11 March: Check out of your chosen hotel and make your way to the airport for Check-in.

I just booked. Direct Thursday morning - via Madrid coming back Friday. Flights and air bnb 300 quid.

The best tip, I'm afraid, would be to book it a week ago.
And Skyscanner really is the best place to look. Another city is your best bet now, as has been said.

Malaga is easy. Hire car £30 for 3 days, 2 hours drive. Trains are quiet expensive and will be busy.
